

CrossFit
A CrossFit class is a group fitness program scalable to any fitness level that combines elements of weightlifting, gymnastics, and cardio, all performed at a high intensity. These classes are one hour long and led by a coach who guides participants through a warm-up, skill practice, the main workout, and cool-down. Workouts are varied and constantly changing, and designed to improve overall fitness by increasing work capacity in various domains.

Seniors Class
A Seniors Class is designed for those over 60 years of age. The Seniors Class includes functional movements designed to mimic real life activities with a goal of reducing/preventing chronic illnesses and increasing independence and quality of life and longevity. These classes prioritize building strength, endurance, and flexibility while minimizing the risk of injury.

Personal Training
Personal training includes one on one instruction and support to clients with a goal of improving physical health, fitness, and overall well-being.
