

CrossFit
A CrossFit class is a group fitness program scalable to any fitness level that combines elements of weightlifting, gymnastics, and cardio, all performed at a high intensity. These classes are one hour long and led by a coach who guides participants through a warm-up, skill practice, the main workout, and cool-down. Workouts are varied and constantly changing, and designed to improve overall fitness by increasing work capacity in various domains.

Fundamentals Program
The Fundamentals program consists of two (2) separate 60-minute sessions that you schedule directly with our coaches. In these sessions, you'll get trained on the foundational movements and techniques that you'll need to jump-start your CrossFit journey. There is no charge for the Fundamentals program, getting started just requires you pre-pay for your first month of membership that begins after Fundamentals is complete.

Personal Training
Personal training includes one on one instruction and support to clients with a goal of improving physical health, fitness, and overall well-being.
